"Janet, We have taken time out today to review all of our claims over the past year. We have only had two foundation claims, and no one by the name of Janet. Google - I believe this is a fraudulent review. In my office we have a thorough claims handling process. We do not, however, make claims decisions. These are handled by licensed claims adjuster in our main office. Any claim can be frustrating as it is an inconvenience, costs money (deductibles) and time. Many of these types of claims require engineering reports and additional testing that take time as well. At State Farm we honor the terms of our policy and contract and pride ourselves in the service we provide.
