"Recently switched to State Farm last year for auto and have since bundled all of my insurance policies as they continue to save me money. "I’ve been with this insurance company for 13 years, and I’m deeply disappointed with how they handled my claim. After a significant water leak caused serious damage to my home’s foundation, I turned to them for help, expecting the reliability and support that their years of service promised. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I wanted to filed the claim, it was a struggle to get any meaningful assistance. Customer service was slow to respond, and when they did, their responses were vague and unhelpful. I wanted to provide all the necessary documentation and followed up multiple times, but it felt like my case was being ignored. The lack of support not only delayed necessary repairs but also caused additional stress and financial strain. I had to handle the repairs on my own, and the costs were significantly higher than anticipated due to the delay. For a company that prides itself on long-term customer relationships, State farm Crystal Fuller failed to deliver when it mattered most. I expected a much higher level of service and accountability after being a loyal customer for over a decade. Sadly, this experience has left me questioning the value of my long-term commitment and whether their coverage is worth the investment. I hope others considering this company take note of my experience and weigh their options carefully. -Janet-"

"Janet, We have taken time out today to review all of our claims over the past year. We have only had two foundation claims, and no one by the name of Janet. Google - I believe this is a fraudulent review. In my office we have a thorough claims handling process. We do not, however, make claims decisions. These are handled by licensed claims adjuster in our main office. Any claim can be frustrating as it is an inconvenience, costs money (deductibles) and time. Many of these types of claims require engineering reports and additional testing that take time as well. At State Farm we honor the terms of our policy and contract and pride ourselves in the service we provide. Please contact me personally at my office if you need help with your claim, your current Agent or State Farm claim handler. "I got a quote once many many months ago then I asked to be removed from the contact list because I had found a better insurance for a better price. Till this very day I am still being contacted by this agency. I’m filing a complaint with the FCC regarding this because it’s highly unprofessional and unacceptable."

I recommend you contact Quote Wizard to request to be removed from their database. I will remove you from ours as well. I would have welcomed an email or phone call to resolve this rather than damaging a small business owner that does so much for our community. I have personally not received any contact from you. "I love, love, love this office! I can't count the number of State Farm Agents I have used over the last 30 years being military. THIS ONE IS THE BEST! They have made me feel like this is home.
